Vecow Co., Ltd announced a collaboration with Cogniteam seeing the integration of Cogniteam’s cloud robotics platform with Vecow’s EAC-6000 series Edge AI Computing System leveraging the NVIDIA Jetson Orin NX system-on-module offering up to 100 TOPS of AI processing power. The goal is to boost the development, management, control, monitoring, and analysis of autonomous mobile robot (AMR) fleets utilizing cloud connectivity.

 

NVIDIA partner Cogniteam revealed one platform as a new means to develop and manage the robot and its IoT environment by utilizing reliable Internet of Robotic Things (IoRT) devices, based on the Nimbus’ library of developed field-deployed software components. This reduces the prototype development time by 60%.

 

Cogniteam released its Nimbus operating system to offer developers a drag n' drop experience to enable the integration of spatial awareness tools, obstacle identification, navigation systems, cameras, LiDar, and more.
