TAITRA is back with its COMPUTEX 2023 hosting over 1,000 manufacturers from 26 different countries/regions concentrating on six main technologies that include, high-performance computing, artificial intelligence application, next-gen connectivity, hyperreality, innovations and startups, and sustainability.

SIMATIC leveraged its SIMATIC S7-1500 V to create its mobile S7-1500 Virtual PLC (vPLC) for an entire virtual PLC independent of hardware and at the same time compatible with TIA Portal. Users can implement the solution within their already built structure to manage all applications automating protocols in a data-centric software and software environment.

San Jose, California. Axiado Corporation released its AX3000 and AX2000, the first AI-based hardware security solution trusted control/compute units (TCUs) developed to mitigate ransomware attacks. The TCU seamlessly integrates “the last line of defense” within a singular SoC. By having it located in the base of the hardware stack, Axiado’s TCU can detect, intercept, and recover the system via isolating an attack from the network.

Taipei, Taiwan. Innodisk has been elevating its AIoT solutions and will be demonstrating its innovations at Computex 2023. The booth will be centered around Innodisk’s stated three core abilities, "Absolute Integration, Application Insight, and AI Empowerment." The Innodisk AI absolute integration includes, AI platforms, AI machine vision accelerator FPGA platform, embedded camera modules, iVIT SDK and iCAP Cloud management platform.

Taipei, Taiwan. COMPUTEX 2023 is right around the corner, and from May 30th to June 2nd, 2023, AAEON will highlight its array of both new and upcoming solutions powered by NVIDIA and Intel. Featured products will include Single-Board Computers (SBCs), Edge AI solutions, Fanless Box PCs, Rugged Tablets, x86 Developer Boards, and Edge Systems. AAEON will be demonstrating live the RTC-710RK and upcoming ACP-1108 rugged tablets at its booth during the show as well as information on the following solutions.

Chandler, Arizona. Microchips’s radiant tolerant (RT) Ethernet PHY family has a new member in its VSC8574RT PHY, an optional approach when modifying traditional connectivity interfaces to more efficient Ethernet solutions. For a simple substitution for a deployment ready RT device, the VCS8574RT PHY utilizes Microchip’s Commercial-Off-The-Shelf (COTS) based device. Bob Vampola, Vice President of Microchip’s Aerospace and Defense Business Unit said, “Ethernet solutions are in high demand for space applications, and our COTS-to-RT devices offer increased capabilities with multiport, SGMII and fiber interfaces.”

Chandler, Arizona. Microchip released two reclocker/redriver devices supporting long-distance reliable USB transmissions up to 15 meters and compatible with USB 3.2 Generation 1 SuperSpeed protocol. The automotive EQCO510 and industrial EQCO5X31 reclocker/redriver devices transmits data signals at 5 Gbps in both directions.

Irvine, California. Transtector leveraged high-capacity metal oxide varistor (MOV) technology for its new outdoor AC panel surge protectors securing power networks and equipment from surges and EMI interference. Safety certifications include UL 1449 as type 2 SPDs and UL 1283 as EMI filters.

New Taipei City, Taiwan. Visit Aetina (booth I0810) at Computex 2023 to view its innovative computing platforms, hardware, and software tools for AIoT. Designed for use in differing verticals, the booth highlights will feature next-generation GPUs, ASIC-based AI accelerators and AI computers, as well as platforms developed with NVIDIA Jetson Orin system-on-modules (SoMs). Booth demonstrations combining Aetina’s solutions with its AI ecosystem partners will be available during the show.

Qbic Technology has released its EP Series, EP-0400 & EP-0700, ePaper signage solutions. The series arrives in an optional 4.2” design for desk booking, or a 7.5” model for room booking, while both highlight cable-free simple deployment and efficient maturity. Upkeep routine is mitigated with the help of a three-year battery utilizing ultra-low energy consumption.

Southfield, Michigan, WardsAuto & TU-Automotive announced that AutoTech: Detroit (previously TU-Automotive Detroit) will be held June 7-8, 2023 and features AT&T Business, T-Mobile for Business, and Verizon Business as top sponsors. The base themes of this year’s exposition will be software-defined ADAS and autonomy, connectivity, mobility, electrification, and UX.

Taipei, Taiwan. MiR’s AMRs are designed for automating internal logistics within manufacturing and warehouse settings and will be showcased alongside what MiR sees as the role AI plays within its AMRs.
