Hsinchu, Taiwan. Nuvoton released its NuMicro MA35D0 series, an enhanced microprocessor targeting industrial edge device applications delivering extensive connectivity and security. The platform is powered by dual power-efficient high-performance 64/32-bit Arm Cortex-A35 cores (Armv8-A architecture), running at up to 650 MHz, with 32KB of L1 instruction and data cache for each core, plus a 512KB shared L2 cache.

Hsinchu, Taiwan. Nuvoton Technology released its MUG51, an 8-bit low power microcontroller including integrated 1T 8051 core functioning at 7.37 MHz, 16 KB Flash APROM, and 1 KB SRAM. The MCUs deliver 12-bit ADC, 16-bit PWM, 16-bit timers, UART, I2C, SPI, two rail-to-rail comparators (ACMP), and an ISO 7816-3 Smart Card interface for UART transmission.

Winbond, in partnership with Nuvoton and Qinglianyun, released a fully integrated reference design for secure OTA firmware updating of IoT devices.
