At embedded world 2025, Flex Power Modules presented its latest power modules developed to enhance AI-driven workloads while increasing power density in small form factors enhancing energy efficiency and space optimization. Flex Power Modules showcased its BMR352 and BMR316 solutions, both compatible with the Flex Power Designer software, supporting real-time configuration, simulation, and performance monitoring.

Flex Power Modules enhanced its compact BMR510 2-phase integrated power stage module with improved efficiency and increases peak current from 140 A to 160 A. The solution integrates 528 µF of onboard capacitance improving transient response while reducing external component requirements and simplifying design.

Flex Power Modules introduced the BMR352, a non-isolated fully regulated DC/DC converter delivering high power in a quarter-brick form factor. Also announced was the compact BMR316, a non-isolated, unregulated DC/DC intermediate bus converter (IBC) developed for AI and ML data center applications.
