Eurotech announced a new collaboration with Orange to simplify IoT adoption from the edge to cloud. Through the partnership, Eurotech will couple its IoT Edge capabilities with Orange’s “Live Objects” IoT Platform.

The Live Objects IoT platform is a secured IoT SaaS platform in France. It provides a network agnostic IoT services basement that allows for multi-connectivity, data collection, IoT Fleet management, and data storage. It is available to any cloud services or data sources, per the company.

Further, it is able to interact with Eurotech’s IoT Edge Components. Eurotech provides certified IIoT gateways and edge computers that are enhanced with Everyware Software Framework (ESF), the company’s IoT Edge Framework.

Not only does ESF allow for filtering, aggregation, and analysis of data from IoT devices, but it also provides a set of field protocol libraries for integrability and flexibility of gateways to interface with sensors.

ESF can also integrate with the Everyware Cloud, the company’s IoT integration hub.

The Live Object platform interacts with the Everyware Cloud with the use of APIs and performs additional data analytics, storage, and management.
