The SiWx917 SoC is ideal for ultra-low power IoT wireless devices using Wi-Fi®, Bluetooth, Matter, and IP networking for secure cloud connectivity. The SiWx917 is a single-chip solution that is Matter-ready, includes an integrated applications processor, and offers industry-leading energy efficiency, making it ideal for battery-powered or energy-efficient IoT devices with always-on cloud connectivity. The SiWx917 supports OFDMA, MU-MIMO, BSS coloring, and other features that enable higher bandwidth and improved network efficiency in crowded environments, which allows for faster, more stable network coverage. 

With dimensions of 2.3 x 2.6 mm, the EFR32xG27 Wireless Gecko family of SoCs is the smallest, low power SoC that enables secure, energy-friendly multiprotocol wireless networking for IoT devices such as wearables and portable medical devices. xG27 features 2/3rd higher output power for Bluetooth LE on 1/3rd of footprint compared to its predecessor, Silicon Labs xG22. The integrated DCDC Boost on xG27 allows IoT device makers to address wide voltage range, enabling the use of single cell alkaline and button cells. The integrated Coulomb Counter enables accurate battery level monitoring to avoid depletion during use of critical health applications. 

Amazon and Silicon Labs introduced the first complete, end to end certified development platform for Amazon Sidewalk. Amazon Sidewalk is a shared low-bandwidth network that helps smart home devices work better at home and beyond the front door via Sidewalk Bridge devices.

FG25 is the new flagship SoC for Wi-SUN, which is one of the world’s first open protocols for smart city and smart utility applications. By providing flexibility and versatility for large-scale IoT wireless communication networks, Wi-SUN is designed to make major community infrastructure scalable, safer, more efficient, and sustainable. EFF01 is the FG25’s corresponding front-end module that boosts the FG25’s signal range by 2x when used together.
