The latest release includes support for Apache 2.4.39 through Apache's mod_ssl; OpenVPN; and the 224-bit Curve448, X448, Ed448 ciphers; Qualcomm's Hexagon SDK; and the Renesas Synergy S7G2 platform.
wolfSSL has released v4.4.0 of its wolfSSL embedded TLS library. The latest release includes support for Apache 2.4.39 through Apache's mod_ssl; OpenVPN; and the 224-bit Curve448, X448, and Ed448 ciphers. In addition, wolfSSL v4.4.0 is now compatible with the Qualcomm Hexagon SDKL and Renesas Synergy S7G2.
Support for the Hexagon SDK in wolfSSL v4.4.0 allows developers to offload ECC verify operations, which can free CPU cycles or optimize vector operations that use Hexagon Vector Extensions (HVX). Similarly, Synergy S7G2 support allows the wolfSSL suite to take advantage of on-board cryptography hardware that offloads AES, RSA, SHA, and GHASH algorithms.
In conjunction with the new release, wolfSSL has also made updates to wolfMQTT, wolfTTPM, wolfSSH, wolfBoot, wolfAsync, and wolfFIPS.
