The Kudelski Group and CoreKinect announced an agreement to create a joint solution for companies and organizations to securely and economically track their assets at scale. Kudelski will combine its Discrete Secure Element, a standalone security SoC with hardware root of trust and IoT Security Client with CoreKinect's miniature tracking and sensing systems. In one example, the solution can fit inside the lid of a pill bottle to track chain of delivery for pharmaceuticals, or incorporated into food packaging to monitor the temperature and quality throughout the distribution chain.

The Kudelski IoT Security Platform provides end-to-end protection from silicon to cloud for IoT devices, and a universal platform to address different industry verticals to enable a wide variety of use cases.
