Atmosphere IoT to Exhibit and Present at Embedded World with Cypress Semiconductor
February 22, 2020
Press Release
Atmosphere IoT will be demonstrating their software solutions and conducting live daily theater presentations at the upcoming Embedded World Trade Fair and Conference.
Atmosphere IoT Corp., an innovative provider of a low-code development platform for IoT solution builders, will be demonstrating their software solutions and conducting live daily theater presentations at the upcoming Embedded World Trade Fair and Conference in Nuremberg, Germany from February 25-27, 2020.
Atmosphere will be demonstrating smart building applications utilizing Cypress BLE and Wi-Fi - based microcontrollers and sensors in a dedicated stand within Cypress Semiconductor's trade fair booth property at Hall 4A / 4A-148.
Additionally, Atmosphere founder and CEO Jeff Liebl will be presenting daily in the Cypress Live Theater in a discussion titled "Making IoT development easier with Atmosphere's Low Code IDE.".
Atmosphere's team has worked closely with Cypress for several years, and recently became a Cypress Authorized Design Partner. In October 2019, a joint webinar titled "Low-power, Bluetooth 5 Design in Digi-Key IoT Studio" was conducted between Atmosphere, Cypress and electronics distributor Digi-Key.
Atmosphere has created a range of videos using Cypress products including a getting started video with the Cypress CYW920819. Another video toggles the power off on a tea kettle once the kettle's temperature hits a set value using a Cypress CYW920819. Additional videos which use the Cypress PSoC® 6 & Wi-Fi BT Connected MCU Platform include setting up a stand alone temperature monitor, and getting started with the PSoC 6, which sends data to a custom mobile app and sets an alert based on a humidity reading.
Since it was released in April 2018, Atmosphere IoT Studio has attracted more than 7,000 registered users to its powerful yet easy to use Integrated Development Environment. Designed for IoT solution builders, the Atmosphere IoT Studio IDE allows the simultaneous development of embedded firmware, a mobile application and cloud connectivity all from a single, Graphical User Interface.
"We are excited to work so closely with our ecosystem partner Cypress Semiconductor at Embedded World this year," said Jeff Liebl, ceo of Atmosphere IoT Corp. "We look forward to showing delegates and visitors how easy it is to build complete sensor to cloud prototypes using the latest Cypress hardware."
"We are happy to see Atmosphere IoT Studio support for the Cypress CYW920819 BLE and PsoC 6 Wi-Fi BT Connected MCU platform which provides customers with a rapid development and deployment platform," said Andrew Hunter, senior director of marketing, IoT Compute and Wireless Business Unit at Cypress. "Getting to market with world-class compute and connectivity just got a whole lot easier."
