After introducing Tessent Connect, Mentor, a subsidiary of Siemens, continued its unveiling of Tessent products with the Tessent Software Safety Ecosystem – a comprehensive portfolio of  automotive IC test solutions from Mentor with links to its  partners. The program helps IC design teams meet the functional safety requirements of the automotive industry.

The "ecosystem" includes MemoryBIST (built-in self-test technologies); MissionMode; DefectSim transistor-level defect simulator; Arm Functional Safety Partnership Program (AFSPP); Mentor’s automotive-grade automatic test pattern generation (ATPG); and close links to Mentor’s Austemper SafetyScope and KaleidoScope products.
