DATA MODUL is not only further increasing the selection of PCAP/PCT (projective capacitive) touch systems, but also the size of them. Now, the Munich-based visual solution specialist also offers touch sensors from the South-Korean manufacturer LG Innotek (LGIT) with diagonals of 40” to 86”.

The large touch sensors have an extended temperature range of -20 to +70°C and already contain sensor, bonded cover glass and the touch USB controller. For an easy integration into existing systems the customer receives the selected product with default parameters. Additionally the DATA MODUL application engineers support customers with individually adapted touch settings. The LG Innotek sensors are being addressed by using a Sharp USB controller, which operates with common operating systems (Windows, Linux). Thereby these touch sensors are really well-suited for digital signage solutions like for example whiteboards and presentation boards, as information points in retail, at the POS or strikingly implemented on a presentation table.

The LGIT touch sensors are available either as stand-alone products or with the DATA MODUL Added Values as a customer-specific complete system.
