The fanless DC160WS DC-DC converter from Bicker Elektronik delivers 160 Watts of continuous power at an efficiency of up to 98 percent. Developed for long-term 24/7 continuous operation in the extended temperature range from -20 to +70°C, the DC160WS has an MTBF greater than 410,000 hours. The device takes an input from 6 to 36 VDC, and offers three jumper-selectable output voltages of 12Vdc, 19Vdc, or 24 Vdc.

The DC160WS has a footprint of 95 x 45 mm and a height of 1" (25.4 mm), with a thermally-optimized design for minimal heat build-up and high reliability, with screw terminals at the input and output (customer-specific connection plugs are available). Polarity protection at input, short-circuit, overvoltage, and overtemperature protection are standard. In addition, a remote on/off signal input for external wiring is available.
