POLYN Technology announced it is collaborating with ALTER TECHNOLOGY France to establish a joint chip-validation lab at ALTER’s Toulouse facilities providing POLYN with access to specialized electrical validation capabilities in a trusted environment. Thanks to ALTER France’s knowledge in high-reliability sectors such as aerospace, defense, automotive, medical, and power technologies, the facility will support the characterisation and validation cycles of POLYN’s products and reference designs.

April 29, 2026 - POLYN Technology, a provider of neuromorphic technology with application-specific Neuromorphic Analog Signal Processing (NASP) products, has taped out a VibroSense engineering chip featuring an analog neuromorphic core for tire friction monitoring. This is POLYN’s first chip, developed in cooperation with GlobalFoundries, using more advanced nodes for this and the next generation of products.

The VibroSense is a Tiny AI chip solution for monitoring vibration in sensor nodes for easier integration and improvement in the ROI and OPEX.
