Superior Sensor Technology announced the release of its HS Series of differential pressure transmitter (DPT) subsystems.
The series provides the ability to configure DPT design solutions for HVAC and industrial air systems.
Per a company press release, features of the HV series include additional management of factory programmable DIP switches, push buttons, and a self-calibrating analog output channel. Furthermore, Standard DPT features of pressure range selection, output voltages ranges, pressure modes, field zeroing, field full scale calibration and response time selection are all supported.
Up to 32 pressure ranges from 0.1 to 60 in H2O (25 to 15k Pa), are able to be assigned for a DPT in a number of pressure units. After configuration, no more factory calibration is needed.
Built on Superior Sensors’ NimbleSense architecture, the series offers accuracy within 0.05% of each selected range and a TEB of <0.10% FSS and long-term stability of <0.10%.
Additionally, the easy-to-use configuration software allows for fully-defined, development, and implementation of product features quickly.
