BayPAT announced that it has signed an agreement with E.ON Energy Projects regarding a technology improving the efficiency and flexibility of combined-cycle power plants with cogeneration, developed at the Technical University of Munich (TUM) and patent application filed by BayPAT. The TUM technology is based on optimizing the steam extraction of cogeneration plants equipped with gas turbines, enabling achievable higher overall efficiencies and increasing the flexibility of the power plant.
