People make mistakes all the time, whether it's the guy in the mailroom or the guy in the corner office. In my weekly discussion with Ray Zinn, longtime CEO of Micrel, we talked about some of the mistakes he's seen people make, the reasons they make them, and most importantly, what to do about those mistakes.
