Filament adopted the MOBI Vehicle Identity Standard within its Blocklet Mobility Platform, which allows automotive enterprises to generate connected vehicle applications.

The improved platform features a trusted vehicle wallet, overseen hardware and data platform and secure transaction and contract execution in a MOBI VID and GDPR-compliant environment.

The Blocklet Mobility Platform utilizes the MOBI VID to construct a link between an automobile’s Vehicle Identification Number (VIN) and its digital identity, acting as a master data key to verify the vehicle’s identity for digital services and payment ecosystems.
