Taufkirchen, January 2020. FRAMOS, a global partner for vision technologies, will be demonstrating a selection of image processing solutions at the embedded world 2020 exhibition and conference in Nuremberg, Germany, from 25 to 27 February. These will be of particular interest to trade visitors in the Embedded Vision field. In hall 2, at stand 2-647, FRAMOS will present D435e - the company's first 3D industrial camera - and an Intel RealSense compatible system design kit (SDK) for skeleton tracking. A special attraction at the exhibition stand is the FRAMOS ecosystem area. Here visitors will have the opportunity to test various plug & play options for FRAMOS Embedded Vision modules in a live setting.
FRAMOS experts will be on hand to answer questions and offer practical advice on suitable camera and sensor modules for easy integration into each application. The modules help users to develop small, smart products and systems with a short time-to-market. The FRAMOS ecosystem solves the problem that nearly all available evaluation boards for the latest sensors are proprietary. Now, with the ecosystem's extended module portfolio, vision engineers and developers are able to evaluate many different image sensors - including the latest ones - on open processor platforms. They can then quickly produce a proof-of-concept before systematically developing it further.
embedded world is seen as the leading international trade fair for embedded systems. It is expected to attract more than 32,000 trade visitors and around 2,200 conference participants, who come to learn about components, modules and complete systems through to operating systems, hardware and software, and services. The exhibition is an ideal platform for FRAMOS to present its latest image processing solutions and services with FRAMOS Embedded Vision technology.
