Invoxia GPS Tracker is a small and compact standalone security device which can be placed virtually anywhere: the glove box, the top case, backpacks, purses, strollers, luggage, and more. Simple and effective, it locates itself all over the US and notifies the user in real-time if their belongings are on the move or tampered with, thanks to its anti-theft and anti-damage alerts. It also features geofencing which enables users to set up security zones, and a panic button, making it perfect to keep an eye on loved ones. Miniaturizing the most powerful home alarm systems and integrating AI, it’s the ideal portable surveillance solution.

According to Amélie Caudron, CEO of Invoxia: “The Invoxia GPS Tracker solves major barriers of safety trackers for everyday users. Intuitive, autonomous and accurate, it works all over the US and offers a tremendous range of applications. With our tracker, it has never been easier to keep an eye on things and people. Alerts, geolocating and responsiveness: the Invoxia GPS tracker already brings together all the qualities of a powerful security device - and will continue to evolve, and be enhanced with new functionalities.”

Tracking a vehicle, even if it's stolen

Auto theft is all too common. Many times, it is almost impossible to trace the car once it has been stolen. The Invoxia GPS Tracker pinpoints location, routes and offers access to navigation history in a given period of time. It tips off owners on their smartphone in case or break-in attempts via its real-time anti-theft alert which detects vibration after a significant period of inactivity (> 5 min). An anti-damage alert completes it, notifying the user if the vehicle is bumped or overthrown when parked.

Invoxia is dedicated to assisting law enforcement and helping retrieve stolen valuables or vehicles. Thousands of vehicles have already been retrieved in Europe.

Monitoring family member’s driving

With the Invoxia GPS Tracker, safety is key. If a teenager is just learning to drive, or an elderly parent wants to continue their independence, an Invoxia GPS Tracker in their car can be a great way to monitor their safety. As a discrete and non-invasive “check-in” tool, it can also help teens earn the right to a late curfew by allowing their parents to make sure they are safe and exactly where they are supposed to be.

Keeping family members safe

The device is enhanced with geofencing capabilities to show you when the tracker enters or leaves certain locations, such as home, work, children’s schools... It also features a panic button which allows the person carrying the tracker to share their location with other users connected to the account. Thus, it is suitable for monitoring the comings and goings of those you care about, ensuring  peace of mind. The tracker keeps an eye on children, whether they are off to school, playing in the park or walking the dog. It also addresses Alzheimer’s disease and dementia which often lead to unwanted wandering.

An IFTTT tracker for fun scenarios

Invoxia GPS Tracker also works with the IFTTT service automation platform. It allows users to create custom geolocation-based scenarios, via the app and the IFTTT service, to make all their apps, products and services work together. For instance, when the car exits the garage, the alarm switches on automatically. When the user arrives home after work, the lights, music and thermostat turn on. If a child leaves the school grounds or exits a preset security zone, the parents can receive emails alerting them. The usage is infinite…

"At IFTTT, we believe everything works better together and are thrilled to welcome Invoxia’s GPS Tracker to the US," says Linden Tibbets, IFTTT CEO. "Customers can now connect their GPS Tracker with everything on our growing platform — like Philips Hue, Alexa — unlocking valuable security and anti-theft experiences with their favorite products."

A powerful tracker that works around the clock

Invoxia GPS Tracker is one of the first trackers to operate on LTE CAT-M1, a low power protocol that works on compatible 4G networks in the US and that will be compatible with upcoming 5G. The SIM card is already included, as well as 2 years of subscription. Combining several technologies, it connects via Bluetooth when the smartphone is close to save battery life and increase efficiency. The battery life lasts up to 4 months versus a couple of days for standard trackers and charges via USB in an hour and a half.

Two smart modes are available:

  • Standard Mode: the tracker sends positions every 5, 10 or 30 minutes when moving (for instance, when the user is on their way to work and back). This mode offers up to 7 weeks of battery life.
  • Smart Alarm Mode: when tracking an object for which you are the sole user, for instance your own car, the tracker will check if your smartphone is nearby when on the move. If it is, it will geolocate itself through the smartphone’s location, thus saving battery life. If your smartphone is not nearby, the tracker will consider the movement suspicious and switch into lost mode to help you find it.  In this mode, the battery life lasts up to 4 month.
