Zinn: What’s better, high volume or high margin?
Generally, semiconductor makers fall into one of two camps: high-volume, low-margin products, or low-volume, high-margin products. The proponents of each style would likely argue that their mentality is the right way to go. Ray Zinn, who has scores of experience on both sides of this equation, weighs in with which way he thinks is best.
