QuickLogic Corporation launched its Chilkat EOS™ S3AI Hardware Development Kit (HDK) to accelerate the development of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML) applications.

The Chilkat HDK features time-series sensors such as accelerometer, gyroscope, magnetometer, ambient light, barometer, temperature, and gas, in addition to digital microphone (PDM).

The HDK connects to the SensiML™ Data Analytics Toolkit (including a free 90-day evaluation period) which employs machine learning technology so sensor data collection can easily move all the way through automatic feature extraction and classifier development.

The SensiML Toolkit programs the AI model binary file into the EOS S3AI gadget on the Chilkat HDK, which is updated via the onboard UART connection to generate demos and prototypes sans extra time or resources.
