ARBOR Technology, a leading provider of embedded computing solutions, announces its Micro-ATX industrial motherboard MB-i89Q0 based on the new Intel 6th Generation Core processors (formerly codenamed “Skylake-S”) and Intel Q170 Platform Control Hub.
Built on Intel’s new 14nm process technology, the MB-i89Q0 supports the Intel Turbo Boost Technology, enabling an increase to CPU processing speed to deliver breakthrough CPU performance, excellent graphic capability as well as enhancements in security and management functions. This makes the motherboard ideal for intelligent application in several market segments, such as medical, digital surveillance, gaming, digital signage, communication and defense.
The MB-i89Q0 comes with four non-ECC Long-DIMM sockets supporting up to 64GB of system memory. Graphics interface supports DVI-I and DisplayPort. High interconnectivity is available through two Gigabit Ethernet ports, four serial ports and six SATA3 ports. Expansion supports PCI Express x16 / x4 / x1 and 32-bit PCI. Other useful features include Watchdog Timer, PS/2 Keyboard & Mouse port and Intel Active Management Technology 11.0.
Thanks to native USB 3.0 support, the board achieves fast data transmission with low power consumption. A total of four USB 3.0 & ten USB 2.0 ports are provided along with High Definition Audio to provide MIC-in, Line-in & Line-out interfaces.
TPM is the Trusted Platform Module, which allows computers to use advanced security features. The MB-i89Q0 supports TPM 1.2 & 2.0 daughter board via the dedicated connector by OEM requested.
