Dialog Semiconductor's Wireless MCU Employed by Samsung for Galaxy Fit

The new Samsung Galaxy Fit is among the first wearable devices on the market featuring Dialog?s DA14697 for seamless connectivity and enhanced battery life.
Dialog Semiconductor’s DA14697, a wireless MCU in Dialog’s DA1469x SmartBond series has been implemented in Samsung’s latest Galaxy Fit.
The DA1469x family provides developers enhanced processing power, resources, range and battery life for a myriad of connected applications for consumers, such as fitness trackers and other wearable devices.
The DA1469x family also has a dedicated application processor based on the ARM Cortex-M33 processor, which saves energy by prompting the application processor only when needed with a Sensor Node Controller (SNC).
