It is the perfect IIoT platform for application users who want to get started right away. In practice, data collection is often heterogeneous. This means that the TANK-860-QGW detects measuring or sensor data from machines and systems via existing bus systems - serial interfaces and Ethernet LAN ports. On the other hand, the customer-specific data acquisition takes place via digital I / O or plug-in cards. Depending on the model, 2 to 6 slots are available for PCIe, PCI and full-size PCIe mini-cards. Is data recorded, it must be processed further. This is where the preinstalled QTS operating system Embedded Linux comes in.
