Updates in the latest release of the stack help organizations achieve compliance with the ODVA CT16 standard, which defines CIP nodes on Ethernet IP.
Pyramid Solutions has released version 4.9.0 of its NetStaX EtherNet/IP stack, which is now compliant with the ODVA’s EtherNet/IP CT16 Common Industrial Protocol (CIP) standard.
The NetStaX EtherNet/IP Stacks provide both client- and server-class functionality. Updates in the latest release of the stack help organizations achieve compliance with the ODVA CT16 standard, which defines CIP nodes on Ethernet IP.
In addition to being 100 percent conformant with ODVA CT16, the latest release provides:
- Updated “Target Listen Only” connection handling
- Extended delete timeout on FWDOpen
- Increased support for Windows platforms with multiple IP addresses
