Transcend Information announced the release of its new industrial-grade DDR4-3200 memory module series. The series focuses on 5G networking and intelligent computing at the edge. The modules feature high-transmission bandwidth at 3200MHz, low latency, and low power consumption, running at 1.2V.
Per a company release, the series includes Unbuffered Long-DIMM, Unbuffered SO-DIMM, ECC Long-DIMM, ECC SO-DIMM, and Registered Long-DIMM.
Further, the modules are optimized for Intel, AMD, and ARM processors – they’re also compliant with JEDEC specifications.
As far as performance and memory capacity goes, the DDR4-3200 memory modules feature capacities from 8-32GB. This enables overclocking for high-end servers, computers, AI equipment, and others. By operating at just 1.2V, they consume less power than DDR3, DDR2, and DDR.
Another important feature of the DDR4-3200 modules is its low-latency, which sports transfer speeds at 3200MT/s.
