Five Minutes With… Necip Sayiner, CEO, Intersil
Not long ago, Necip Sayiner was the CEO of a very successful high-tech company, Silicon Labs. Now, he heads up another high-tech company, Intersil. So I asked him what he learned from his previous job that he’s been using to spearhead the turn-around at Intersil. The two companies are similar in many ways, yet very different in others. So it was interesting to hear what techniques worked and which didn’t, and why.
